As you are aware, Reinhardt-Wilson has recently completed our 9.3 Million Dollar joint venture project at the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center for the Stat of Missouri.  We wanted to take this time to thank you for your involvement in the job scheduling and schedule updates for same.

The complexity of the project was indeed challenging, involving construction of two (2) new buildings, major additions to three (3) others, and renovations in four (4) areas of a sixth building - plus related sitework in several areas of the facility.  This situation, in combination with the detailed scheduling requirements of the Owner, resulted in over seven hundred (700) activities that had to be identified, monitored and updated.  Your abilities and expertise in carrying out this task was quickly made evident, and greatly appreciated by those of us who would have lacked both the time and talent to attempt it ourselves.

The Missouri Department of Corrections, the Owner Agency, was equally satisfied with your work and used the schedule as a basis for tracking the progress of the job, justifying payment for completed work and planning their own activities to coincide with the projected completion dates of the various building areas or site items.
