Thank you for your recent scheduling of our design team work on the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) for the fitout and Shell & Core of the Diagnostic & Treatment Facility.

With your schedule, we were able to show the client and the construction consultant the most beneficial way to plan the delivery of this large scale (863,400 SF) and very complicated project.  We are currently in the planning process, but plans are now being revised to reflect the more detailed early project needs before construction begins and then we will address the construction schedule itself.

Kevin, we were very impressed with your ability to organize  a lot of information quickly and add some logic to a complicated list of diverse planning issues.
